MULTISTAGE HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS

MULTISTAGE HIGH PRESSURE types of pumps are designed for total head beyond the range of model CV by an increase in the no. of stages. Pumps shaft which is always running below the critical speed, is guided in this type in antifriction bearings at both ends. The standard pump suction pipe is directed to the left to right, the discharge pipe extends radially upward. The antifriction bearings are grease lubricated. The stuffing box on the suction side can be provided with a pressure water seal for perfect sealing, if required.

MULTI STAGE HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS are designed for medium heads. The axial, suction branch eliminates the needs of a stuffing box on the suction side. The discharge socket of this type pump is vertically arranged. The drive shaft runs at the drive end in two oil bath / grease lubricated ball bearings.

For handling corrosive fluids, all parts of pump use to come in contact with the liquid are manufactured in special metals or alloys.These pumps have water cooled stuffing box and bearing housing that enables it to handle water upto 185 degree celsius. MODEL 64CV2 and 104CV2 are light weight economical pumps with simple construction for moderately high heads ideally suitable for sprinkler irrigation, water supply system etc.
